Acceptable Use Policy

HallowPaws is made for one thing: fun Halloween costume portraits of pets. By using the Service you agree to the following rules.

Allowed

• Photos of your own pets, or of pets whose owner has given you permission. This includes dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals.
• Personal, non-commercial sharing of your results.

Not allowed

• People: photos of any human, including selfies, celebrities or strangers. Pet photos where a person is clearly visible may be rejected.
• Minors: any image of a child, in any context.
• Sexual or suggestive content of any kind.
• Harmful content: gore, animal cruelty, violence, hate symbols, harassment, or content that promotes self-harm or illegal activity.
• Impersonation and deception: using results to mislead people, commit fraud, or pass AI images off as real evidence.
• Content you don't have rights to: photos you do not own or are not allowed to use.
• Abuse of the Service: scraping, automated mass generation, reverse engineering, getting around limits or the free-preview rules, or reselling access.

Enforcement

We use automated filters and our AI providers' safety systems, and we may review content manually. We may block generations, delete content, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy. If we close an account for a policy violation, we do not refund unused credits.

Not affiliated

Costume presets, including "spooky masked stranger", superhero and wizard styles, are generic, parody-style designs. HallowPaws is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film, studio, costume brand, character or trademark owner.
