What we collect

• Account data: your email address and name, plus your profile image if you sign in with Google.
• Pet photos you upload: we use these only to create your images.
• Generated images: we store these so you can view and download them in your account.
• Payment data: Stripe processes your payments. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the purchase amount, the order status and your email.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics, such as pages visited, device and approximate location, which we use to run and improve the Service.
• Free-preview abuse protection: when you create a free preview we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address (never the IP itself) for 24 hours to enforce the one-preview-per-network limit.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Service, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

AI processing

To create your images, we send your uploaded photo and a costume instruction to our AI processing provider, tryallapi.com. That provider routes the request to an underlying image model, such as Google Gemini image models or OpenAI image models. These providers process the data under their own terms.

Retention

• Uploaded photos are processed in memory and are not kept after your images are generated. Short-lived provider caches may still apply.
• Generated images are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Unclaimed free previews may be deleted after 30 days.
• We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

Subprocessors

Our subprocessors are Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage), Stripe (payments), tryallapi.com and its upstream model providers (AI processing), our email provider (transactional email), and our analytics provider, if one is enabled.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To use these rights, email support@hallowpaws.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Photos of minors must not be uploaded.
