Refund Policy

We want you to love your pet's Halloween portraits.

Automatic credit returns

If a generation fails, for example because of an error or a blocked image, the credits it used are returned automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Refund requests

• Unused packs: email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you have not used any credits from the pack.
• Partially used packs: if you are unhappy with the quality, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order email and a short explanation. We usually reply with bonus credits or a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
• Abuse or policy violations: accounts closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.

How to request

Email support@hallowpaws.com from your account email and include your order number, which you can find under Settings → Payments. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you file a chargeback. We can usually fix the problem faster.
