Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HallowPaws ("we", "us") operates hallowpaws.com, an online service that uses artificial intelligence to create Halloween costume images of pets from photos you upload (the "Service").

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your login details secure.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload ("Inputs").
• You confirm that you own each Input or have permission to use it, and that it only shows animals. Photos of people, especially children, are not allowed.
• You give us a limited licence to process your Inputs only to provide the Service. This includes sending them to our AI processing providers.
• We do not use your Inputs or results to train AI models.

4. Generated images

Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the images you generate ("Outputs") for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as social media, greeting cards and prints. AI output can be imperfect. Results may look different from your pet, and similar images may be created for other users. Costume presets are generic designs. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any film, studio, costume maker or trademark owner.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, remove or block content, and suspend accounts that break it.

6. Credits and payment

• Credits are sold as one-time packs through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD before checkout.
• 1 credit = 1 HD image. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while the Service operates.
• There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Free preview

Each account may create one free, low-resolution, watermarked preview, and only one free preview can be created from the same network (IP address) every 24 hours. We may limit or change free previews to prevent abuse.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop any part of it. If we shut down the Service, we will give you reasonable notice. We will also refund unused credits from purchases made in the previous 90 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you on the site or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
